SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The product is shipped disassembled. You will also receive instructions and the required tools for assembling the product. Product assembly is easy.

Our largest products are shipped in two packages, so you will receive two product tracking numbers. Packages often arrive a little time apart, so if you've received one for the time being, you'll get another one soon.

Note To Our UK Customers

Please be aware that you’re order may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or/and import tax. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs laws are the responsibility of importer (the buyer - you) are responsible for these fees.
